I made this card for Simply Create Too – for the Get Ahead for Christmas challengeIt goes from July 3rd to July 17th! You should come over and join us!!

I used an old Christmas set from Stampin’ Up! – did lots of embossing in gold and lots of fussy cutting!! Used gold twine to gussy it up a bit!!  The set is called  Holiday Wishes!!

Trying to beat the clock with this card!!

Used Stampin’ Up! products and did the shadow stamping using white ink and then chocolate chip ink!

I like the border the best it is sponged from a homemade stencil I made using a Scallop border punch – then traced the curves with a white Signo gel pen!!

Merry Making

So life seems to be moving at warp speed. I am so busy making gifts, wrapping gifts, sending out cards that I just have not had time to post anything.

I will be popping in close to Christmas with my wishes for a Happy Holiday but until then I am too busy Merry-making to post anything here!! Love to you all!!

And if I get around to commenting then consider yourself SUPER lucky because I barely have time to get on my computer!! I think you are all wonderful and thank you for making my season happier!!!
